Tell us about your background.

As someone who has lived and breathed fashion for over two decades, my journey into styling is deeply personal to me. It all started when I left my hometown in Calgary to chase my dream of becoming an international model overseas in the early 2000s. It was during my time in Asia that I fell head over heels for the art of styling, witnessing how it could transform a simple garment into a visual masterpiece. My career as a model took me on a whirlwind journey around the world, and it was on set for various photo shoots that I discovered my true passion—creating captivating looks that tell a story. This ignited a curiosity within me, leading me to pursue a formal education in fashion design and marketing to further my understanding of the industry.

What advice do you have for mothers or motherly figures who want to feel confident and empowered through their sense of style?

As a fellow mom with five little kiddos, I understand the challenges and joys of motherhood. When it comes to feeling confident and empowered through your sense of style, my advice is to embrace your personal style, invest in quality pieces for durability, prioritize comfort without sacrificing style, incorporate statement pieces for added flair, take care of yourself from the inside out, and don't hesitate to seek professional help if needed.
