Cavalry FC can win the Canadian Premier League's regular-season title at home on Sunday.
Cavalry and Forge FC go into the last day of the season tied on 57 points, and Cavalry holds the tiebreaker. That means Calgary wins the CPL Shield, and a spot in next year's Concacaf Champions Cup, if it matches or beats Forge's result. Forge plays at last-place Pacific FC in Victoria at the same time.
Cavalry's opponent, Vancouver FC, can clinch its first playoff spot in club history with a win.
