Speak at a meeting
Public hearings of council and the Community Development and Infrastructure and Planning committees take speakers on what’s on their agenda. Register with the City Clerk’s form; written and video submissions have a noon deadline.
Watch live
Council and committee meetings stream live on the City’s site, and recordings stay up afterwards. Meetings are also open to the public in Council Chamber.
Agendas, reports and minutes
Every agenda, City report and set of minutes is on the City’s meeting portal, usually posted a few days before each meeting.
