The Owen Hart Foundation is marking its 26th anniversary in style with an evening of laughs where iconic Canadian comedian and actor Martin Short will take the stage at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium on Saturday, November 15. The event celebrates more than two decades of the foundation's work in Calgary and beyond, supporting individuals with "limited resources, but unlimited potential." Tickets for the show are on sale now.

This isn't Martin Short's first time partnering with the Owen Hart Foundation, but the timing couldn't be better. With a career that spans decades—from his early Emmy-winning days on SCTV and Saturday Night Live to his current starring role in the hit series Only Murders in the Building—Short brings a rare mix of nostalgia and staying power. The foundation's founder, Dr. Martha Hart, says they're "exceptionally ecstatic" to host him again.

The Calgary-based Owen Hart Foundation has a long-standing tradition of hosting major performers while raising awareness and funds for its local and national programs. Past events have featured high-profile names, and this year's headliner promises another unforgettable night. With Short's blend of quick wit, beloved characters, and undeniable stage presence, the evening is set to be a celebration not just of comedy—but of community impact.
