Let’s get to know your riding!

Political scientist Duane Bratt previously told Calgary Citizen that Calgarians won’t care about the federal election until after the long weekend and here we are; the long weekend is over.

Calgarians are already set to head to the polls for the municipal election on October 18 but local voters will be making a pit stop along the way to cast their ballots in the federal election on Sept. 20.

Calgary has 10 federal ridings, all of which are currently occupied by Conservative MPS after they swept the city in the 2019 election. All of those ridings feature incumbents who are seeking re-election.
