Oh yes, it’s that time of year where anything and everything is flavoured with pumpkin, chai, and cinnamon — but we certainly aren’t complaining!

As we gear up for the long weekend and large spreads of turkey, vegetables, gravy and all the fixings, we can’t help but think what delightful treats our dessert tables will hold this year.

Here are seven decadent pumpkin spiced flavoured treats made by local bakeries, dessert shops, and patisseries around the city that will tempt your sweet tooth and easily impress your friends and family. From macarons to bundt cakes and traditional pumpkin pie, be prepared to leave room for dessert!

Pumpkin Old Fashioned Donut from Holy Cow

An old-fashioned cake donut, flavoured with fresh pumpkin and topped with a brown butter pumpkin glaze. Need we say more? If pumpkin isn’t your thing their salted caramel apple fritter or peanut butter cup donuts are delicious alternatives.

Pumpkin Bundt Cakes from Pretty Sweet Bakeshop

To bundt or not to bundt — that is the real question this Thanksgiving. In this case, we’re going to go with bundt. These mini pumpkin bundts are topped with cinnamon sugar and sold by the dozen.

Pumpkin Pie from Pie Junkie

The beacon of Thanksgiving dinner! This particular pumpkin pie is just like your Grandma’s – but better. Their butter crusts are baked to perfection and each made from scratch!

Pumpkin Croissants from Black Sheep Bakery

These buttery treats are the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Plus, they’re a great addition to a turkey leftover breakfast.

Pumpkin Spice Loaf from Sucre Cafe

This warm spiced loaf is topped with cream cheese frosting and toasted pumpkin seeds. How can you resist?

Pumpkin Spice Macaron from Ollia Macarons and Tea

Infuse a little je ne sais quoi into your Thanksgiving with this delicate french delight. They are also offering Dulce pear, Chocolate London Fog, and Cinnamon Bun as part of their fall seasonal collection.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes from Crave Cupcakes

Last. but certainly not least, these limited edition pumpkin cupcakes are always the star of the show. They are made with pumpkin cake and topped with cream cheese frosting.
